It is my policy that all items will be shipped within 2-5 days of placing your order.  Since each bow/flip-flop pair is especially made for you, it does cause for some wait time.  I do not mass produce my items, so that each one is made to your specifications. You will receive an email to let you know when your order is complete and then another to inform you when it will ship. 

My orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail or First class mail with delivery confirmation.  If you would also like insurance on your order, let me know and I will add it. 

 

Shipping is calculated based on the amount ordered.  As follows for USPS First Class:

6-10 items	$4.60
11-22 items	$7.25
23-32 items	$9.00
33+ items	$10.50

 

Shipping is as follows for USPS Priority:

 

Up to 8 items	$4.65
9-15 items	$6.65
16-25 items	$8.65
26-35 items	$10.65
36+ items	$11.00

 

 

All bows, flip-flops and multiple orders are shipped in a new sturdy box with tissue paper to ensure that your purchase arrives in beautiful condition!  Itty Bitty Pretties, and Ribbon Belts that are purchased in a single order, will be shipped in a padded envelope. 

 

If you are for some reason unsatisfied with your purchase, please let me know!  Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance around here.  I want you and your MoMo girl to be happy with your bows/flip-flops.  Please contact me within 14 days to let me know of any problems and I will gladly fix them or give you a refund (minus shipping) once the item is returned.  Please note: Excessive wear that results in damage to the product, is not grounds for a refund.

 

Please know that my bow construction has been tested ( a lot) to ensure that it will stand up to your girl.  However, do not leave your angel alone to play with, wear while napping, or chew on ANY bow.  ALL bows (made by anyone) have small parts and can be a choking hazard.  MoMo's Bows is not responsible for items purchased once they are in your possession.
